It was an incredible day filled to the brim with stunning details.
Luisa & Matt decided on March 19 for their wedding date and we were blessed with one of the most beautiful Virginia spring days I’ve ever seen for a wedding. Luisa’s eye for a classy and modern wedding came to life and I was blown away by the details and how her vision came together for their VMFA wedding in Richmond, Virginia.
I knew their wedding would be something special as their engagement session and it truly did not disappoint.
Luisa got ready at the Omni Richmond where we were treated to top floor views and I was treated to a pair of gorgeous Manolo Blahnik Hangisi heels for flatlays. Matt gifted Luisa a bottle of Grand Siecle champagne to enjoy. Luisa was a beauty in her gorgeous gown and Matt looked ever so dapper in a navy blue and black tux. Gold bridesmaids dresses completed the bridal party look and not only did everyone look incredible, they were one of the most easy going and relaxed wedding parties.
It was a gorgeous day full of amazing details at one of my all time favorite RVA locations for engagements, weddings and just overall. The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts never disappoints and their reception in the Marble Hall was no exception.
This wedding is definitely going down as one of my favorites and Luisa & Matt were a huge part of why. I’m so thrilled to share my favorites from their classic & modern VMFA wedding.
Can we just admire these Manolos & Grand Siecle champagne that were Matt’s wedding gift to Luisa?
Luisa & Matt shared a super sweet First Look at the First Baptist Church in Richmond VA where their ceremony was going to happen inside and I loved that Matt teared up a little!
It was a jump on the trolley and off to the VMFA we went for wedding party photos!
The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts is already a beautiful place, add a wedding and you’ve got a gorgeous wedding venue. The cocktail hour was in the Atrium and the reception happened in the Marble Hall while I stole Matt & Luisa back behind the museum for some golden hour bride and groom portraits!
