The weather seemed pretty unpredictable the days leading up to Kayla and Taylor’s springtime wedding at the Barns of Kanak in Prince George, VA. As we watched the radar take the chance of rain form 70% to 50% to 30% around the time of the ceremony and then cleared up just in time for the sun to peek through for Kayla to walk down the aisle.

It was a gorgeous wedding day with a cheerful spring color palette of sage green and blushes and peaches. Taylor stood out from his groomsmen in a blue suit while Kayla looked stunning in a beaded sleeveless wedding gown.

Their wedding party was mixed with both women and men on both sides of the wedding party which made for a really fun time and made their wedding a little more unique! Both sides of the wedding party often threw up a VT for their school where Kayla and Taylor met and where Taylor proposed.

It was such a fun wedding day with the best people and I loved getting to kick off my main spring/summer season with their Barns of Kanak wedding.
