From beginning to the wedding day, I loved knowing Shannan & John. Shannan was such a sweet bride and I bonded with her instantly because of our little boys, my Luca and her LJ just weeks apart in age and she understands completely the toddler mayhem we’re going through with these boys! John was too funny and so go with the flow during the day which I love. Their wedding day was on an absolutely beautiful day and I loved every minute of it!

Shannan & John had their wedding at the Black Horse Inn in Warrenton Virginia and I’d never shot at this venue before but now I’m dying to go back! It fit Shannan’s vision perfectly and I adored the rolling hills and we even got a few guest appearances from a couple horses!

From Washington DC for an early morning cherry blossom engagement session (still obsessed about it by the way) to here for their wedding and I’m so excited to share some of my favorites from this beautiful wedding day. A stunning sunroom for getting ready, special bridal details and golden hour portraits are just some reason why I’m going to be oversharing this sweet Black Horse Inn wedding.
